On-Site Hearing services provide rapid response to audiology needs. We provide professional assessment and objective evaluation of hearing related care. On-Site’s ASHA registered audiologists are also certified dispensers, so we can directly coordinate these services to satisfy residents’ needs sooner.

Licensed audiologists work with you to provide a solution to most hearing loss problems. Because each person has an individual response to treatment, we will determine the optimal course of action to respond to these issues. We’re on call as needed to address hearing loss issues or to educate you on the latest developments of better hearing health.

Hearing Aids are NOT created equal! There are many options to choose from, and each individual case will determine the style and technology level that is selected. Our licensed audiologists work closely with patients and their family members to ensure that selection meets both hearing loss and budget requirements.

Repair and Service

Have a hearing aid that you didn’t get from us? No problem! We service and repair all non-private label hearing aid brands (i.e. if it is a private label such as Miracle Ear or Avada, they will need to be taken to their place of purchase). If an aid is still under warranty, we can facilitate the repair for you. If your hearing aid doesn’t seem like it’s functioning correctly, we do service calls daily to troubleshoot your problems and provide solutions such as tube replacement, wax removal, and reprogramming at the time of visit.

If so, it’s time for an annual routine hearing healthcare examination. Just like your vision, hearing abilities can change over time.
