Warranty and Replacement Information

30-Day Return Policy on Medical Shoes

Shoes purchased through On-Site Podiatry that do not have visible wear can be returned or exchanged because of faulty fit within 30 days from the date they were received by the patient.

How do you know if shoes fit properly? Our medical shoe specialist spends time with each patient to ensure proper fit, and explains what to look for in the following days that would indicate an imporper fit. If you believe the shoes you’ve received do not fit properly, discontinue use immediately and contact us so that we may correct the problem.

6-Month Warranty on Medical Shoes

All shoes are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the start of use. Any shoe found to be defective within this 6-month window will be replaced free of charge.
